REVIEW 

The book of David is a very different book. This LGBTQ book seems very realistic. The diary style of the book made this book seem super personal, almost too personal. The author was able to set the scene perfectly. The book of David takes a look on how hard it is for someone to come out of the closet. David is a southern boy who is a football player and goes to church. But he is gay, he doesn't want anyone to know because his father would "kill" him. Everything was normal, David had a girlfriend, plenty friends and has his football career. Until he meets Jon, the drama swimmer who will show David who he really is.
This book is fantastic. Very intense at times and kind of emotional. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who love to read LGBQ books. This book is easily one of my favorite books ever!
WARNING there are sex scenes m/m and f/m but nothing is too descriptive.

Blood and Salt, was a fantastic literary roller coaster. All of the unexpected twists and turns lead to one moment- the end of the book. This journey wasn’t melancholy, it was fully of excitement, and emotions. Kim Liggett creates a story unlike anything that I have ever read before. Ash and Rhys are normal twins living with their mother in New York, until their mother disappears leaving Rhys and Ash with very little idea of what really happened to their mother. Ash and Rhys takes a journey to the place that their mother grew up-Quivira, Kansas. Quivira is a cult that is completely surrounded by corn the corn is keeping everyone “safe” by trapping them. Ash and Rhys have to play along with the thoughts and beliefs of the native people. Ash has to choose between her destiny and her true love, Dane.
This book has left me wanting to know more about Ash and Rhys’s Journey. Blood and Salt “carved out my heart and threw it into the deepest ocean.” I absolutely love this story and can’t wait to read the next book!

The Elements of landscape oil Painting is a helpful tool for an oil painter, Suzanne Brooker is able to explain things that not every art author could. The pictures in this book seem to be very one tone. The choice of colors that the artist is not something that I am very fond of. The book takes concepts and breaks it down into easier steps. Overall a great book that would be helpful for many painters. This book is wonderful, my mother (who is an artist) loves this book and would recommend this to anyone who loves to learn more about art. This book is full of information and has great visuals. A lot of the pictures are not something that she would consider to paint but after she looked at the book.

Eye of Sun is the last book in the Dragon Soul Trilogy. This is a wonderful end, everything seems to fall into place (at least for me) this trilogy is amazing, I would recommend to read the first two books before touching this one. The characters continued to develop as the story came to an end. I cannot believe that this trilogy is already over. I am a big fan of Wallace Peach’s work and would recommend this –as well as her other books- to anyone who is looking for an amazing read.
