Sarah's war Journal is a wonderful read about a girl that lived through a major event. Sarah was able to talk about everything that happened in great detail. I feel that this book had a strong start and weakened in the middle, but it picked up toward the end. I loved this story, this is one of my top favorite books from Cameron Glenn.

Dager of the Tasman Empire by Teresa Schapansky

Dager of the Tasman Empire

Publisher-  CreateSpace

My rating- 5 of 5 stars
 Reviewer- Stephanie
Dager of the Tasman Empire is a powerful story about a boy that has a hard life. This book is so easy to read and has a wonderful message. I believe that more people should read this book. Family comes first, is the message that I took from this wonderful book. Schapansky is able to create a story that can be hard to write, and execute it properly.

Synopsis
Ruthlessly torn away from his family at the tender age of three; subsequently sold as a slave, the little boy endures unbelievable brutality.

Thankful for his nightly dreams about magical, faraway places, and the constant companionship of his equally neglected farmyard friends, he survives.

Two agonizing years pass; he receives a mysterious message, and learns that he has a family that loves him. He also discovers that he has a name, and that his family has never given up hope of his eventual return. With resolve that he didn't know he had, the little boy puts up the fight of his life, to return to his home.

This is the third and last installment of the legacy trilogy. WOW, that was a fantastic ending! This book picks up right where book two ends, Kane makes sure that we are not missing a thing in this book. Revelation was able to wrap everything up perfectly. I love this trilogy and cannot believe that it is over already. Ellery Kane was able to give her characters Lex and Quin a type of dynamic that really worked with their personalities and complexity. I love this trilogy!

Dawn of the Dreamer by L.J. Higgins

Dawn of the Dreamer (Dreamer Trilogy, #1)
Title and Author- Dawn of the Dreamer by L.J. Higgins
Publisher- CreateSpace
Page Number- 288
My rating-5 of 5 stars
 Reviewer- Stephanie

This Book was amazing! This book was very realistic for a dystopian novel. Higgins was able to create a world that didn't seem "overdone", but still seemed very interesting. I have never read a book like this one. Dawn of the Dreamer also had a love triangle that many novels have, but this love triangle didn't bother me as much. I did think that parts of this book were a little overdone, but it wasn't a big deal. I would still recommend this book to anyone.

Synopsis
The “Invitation to the Chase” arrives in the post without warning. Inscribed in silver ink on black paper, the anonymous summons expresses a simple challenge: to find the priceless Templar Diamond.

Stolen in 1896 from St. Peter’s Cathedral in Belfast, the Templar Diamond has been missing for six years, with the suspects still at large. Now there is hope of its discovery in Boston, if the cryptic invitation can be believed. But is it a ruse?

Jack Tuohay, Belfast Inspector 2nd class, is an inheritor of one such invitation. Professionally discredited for allowing the diamond theft to occur on his watch, he is desperate for a chance at redemption. But the new circumstances are not without stakes, as demonstrated by the murder of a second recipient of the invitation, a Boston priest.

It seems the search for the missing diamond is a deadly one.

Tuohay, with ties to both the diamond and the dead priest, is grudgingly assigned the case by his superiors. Along with two former sleuthing companions, Eliza Wilding, and John Eldredge, he pursues the priest’s killer and the lost diamond. It is not long before the companions find themselves entwined in a web of ciphers, puzzles, and ruses where one step closer to the diamond is also one step closer to the fatal consequences surrounding it.

The chase is on.
